Youth Mentorship Program

NHPO, the Hispanic Women in Leadership (HWIL), and the Tejano Center for Community Concerns (TCCC) are proud to announce the creation of the Youth Mentorship Program. Members from NHPO and HWIL are volunteering to mentor high school seniors at the TCCC's Raul Yzaguirre School for Success charter school. Mentors meet with mentees for 1 hour every two weeks to encourage them to plan a successful future for themselves. The program is in need of more mentors, especially male mentors. For more information, please contact Jaime Alvarado or Nancy Jimenez.
