September Outstanding NHPO Member
The outstanding NHPO member for September is Roy Cuellar. Roy joined the NHPO Board of Directors in
January 2008. Roy contributed to NHPO long before he became a board member. Roy's self initiative
began over a year ago when he volunteered to take pictures at the NHPO mixers. His dedication to
post the pictures on the NHPO website in a timely manner after each event has contributed to the
professional, always-up-to-date image of the NHPO website. As Information Technology Co-Chair, Roy
also keeps the NHPO Calendar of Events updated.
Roy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas and has
20 years experience with ExxonMobil. He is also involved in various organizations, including serving
as Vice-President - Board of Directors of People Reaching Out, Inc. (PRO) and is involved with
ExxonMobil's Global Organization for the Advancement of Latinos (GOAL). You may contact Roy at
