Individuals from all over the country will be asked to take part in this once in a lifetime leadership conference. Conference Format The leadership conference entitled "Preparing the Leaders of Today and Tomorrow" will give participants an overview of what it takes to be an effective leader, organizer, and motivator. The conference will be held on Friday, October 15, from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Saturday, October 16, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Doubletree Hotel located at 400 Dallas, Houston, Texas 77002. The topics covered in this conference include: Friday, October 15 * Change for Growth * Diversity * Time Management Saturday, October 16 * Developing Markets * Networking & Social Media * To Be Latino in Corporate America * Public Speaking Gala Format The gala is a formal event beginning on Saturday, October 16, at 6:00 pm. Tuxedos and evening gowns are strongly encouraged. The program begins at 7:00 pm and the latin dance starts at 8:00 pm.
